This Month in Real Estate, November

November 10, 2010

This Month in Real Estate, November, why now could be the best time to buy a home.  Do you want to take advantage of the low interest rates?

There are several reasons to buy a home.  Besides needing a place to hang your hat, when you buy a home you:

lock in your payment for the next 15 or 30 years

you build equity (yes, you will overtime)

these are just 2 reasons out of many.

take a look at the short video my Keller Williams colleagues produced.
